Emerson Climate Technologies, has launched a new Copeland scroll compressor for residential and light commercial market. This new compressor will replace the R22 and R 407C existing compressors.
“The Copeland Scroll ZRK5 offering has been developed primarily for the aftermarket and will allow wholesalers and distributors to provide better product availability for their contractors, while stocking a reduced number of service compressors,” […] “Ultimately, this new product line will help to further simplify the system for wholesalers, while also offering additional service model benefits for contractors and their customers.” - said Tim Fletcher, director of air conditioning aftermarket programs, Emerson Climate Technologies.
To increase the compatibility with R22 refrigerant, the ZRK5 scroll compressor will be available with POE lubricant, as an option.
Emerson Climate Technologies is manufacturing hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors and also scroll compressors, for residential, commercial and industrial applications
