Coming up with new techniques in the field of heating, Viessmann Group designs and markets innovative and advanced solutions in terms of energy consumption, conservation and natural resources.

Viessmann Company launches a new solar collector tube, Vitosol 300-T, using the principle of heat pipe. How good news never comes alone, meanwhile, Vitosol 200-T was improved for this performance more attractive.

Optimal use of solar energy:
High power performance tube collectors, Vitosol 200-T Vitosol 300-T, proposed by Viessmann offers a 80% optical efficiency. Each tube can focus the sun ideally, for example, by simple axial rotation, thereby maximizing energy.
These highly efficient collectors (of 2 or 3 m, surface absorption) convert sunlight into useful heat.
Titanium-based absorbents capture large amounts of solar energy, the vacuum inside the tubes providing a highly efficient insulation.

Therefore, there is virtually no loss between the glass tubes and absorbent. In addition, collecting aluminum box is containing a strong insulation, minimizing heat losses.

Vitosol and the principle of heat pipe:
Principle of heat pipe allows solar collectors to adjust at the plants characterized by long periods of isolation and without energy discharge such as school buildings and sports.

Viessmann heat pipe principle requires the existence of two fluids, a coolant fluid and a solar fluid. The first fluid evaporates into copper tubes below the absorber, leaving heat by dry conduction, to the second fluid through a heat exchanger.

It takes the heat and returns it to the coolant that flows into the secondary circuit, thus ensuring optimal operation.
System security is guaranteed by connecting heat pipes without direct contact between the two fluids. This allows replacement of individual tubes, even when the system is filled and working.

Easy commissioning of the plant:
Very flexible the Vitosol solar collectors are mounted on roofs in all positions, vertically or horizontally, in front or on independent stands.
Ergonomic and with original design, collectors Vitosol 200-T and 300-T are in harmony with all facilities (individual or collective), strongly increasing the power of professionals installers and Viessmann partners.

Viessmann guarantees its solar tube collector longevity by using high quality materials, corrosion-resistant copper, low-iron glass, aluminum body sensor covered with a layer of titanium, etc.
Integrated vacuum tubes, the absorber are protected from the weather and pollution, providing sustainable energy use for many years.
