Baxi launched its new specification website for local authority, social housing and private property developers

One of Europe's largest and most innovative manufacturers and distributors of domestic and commercial water and space heating systems, Baxi Group has launched its new specification website for local authority, social housing and private property developers.

The new website designed as a single point of reference for all the latest legislation and regulations surrounding heating and hot water generation in the home in an easy to navigate way.  On the site, clients could find a whole house boiler sizing tool and various ways to help specifiers achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Levels 3 and 4.

Using special, interactive portals on the Baxi Group stand, visitors to Ecobuild can put this dedicated knowledge hub to the test, finding out practical answers to key questions. Visitors can access the latest information and requirements on the Code for Sustainable Homes as well as Part L of the Building Regulations, SAP, Decent Homes, Feed-In Tariffs, the Microgeneration Certification Scheme and other key legislative areas. The site also offers an insight into future developments with a timeline looking at forthcoming initiatives and schemes, such as the Renewable Heating Initiative.

Besides all data and tools provided, site also offers full details on the wide range of Baxi Group low and zero carbon solutions for the specification sector. Developers can understand, identify and specify the best-fit system technologies from the extensive Baxi Group portfolio for their particular new-build or renovation projects.

Baxi Group also provides visitors of the site information about the design offering for specifiers, NewDesign and support provided by its Business Development Team.Specifiers can also obtain information on Baxi Group training and CPD courses and book their places.
